However, it is an invaluable reference, and the more I use it, the better I appreciate it.Here's how I use it: In the introduction is a simple one-page guide to the common families. Once I have the family, I go to the color plates and study the illustrated representatives of that family. The illustrations are gorgeous and botanically accurate.
