    1. A wonderful read from my childhood, one I’d certainly suggest for other youngsters. Whilst it is not my all-time favourite childhood read I can still recall all the details of this one meaning it certainly left a lasting impression upon my young mind. And isn’t that what we want with children’s books, for them to leave a positive lasting impression?

    2. For young children I really like using picture books along with nursery rhymes. Sometimes it's because I can't remember all the words to the different songs but it also gives the young students something to look at and touch as I read/sing them out loud.

    3. I thought my daughter would enjoy this book more than she did. For some reason, even though this is a classic sing-along, act-along song, this was not one of her favorites. It usually ended up on the bottom of a pile, with some other book selected by her for reading.

    4. Featured at a recent bug themed story time. The kids all enjoyed it, but if it had been my house the itsy bitsy spider crawling up my walls would have been squished.

    25. This book is fun to read to your little one or to a kindergarten classroom! Not only does this book follow the Itsy Bitsy Spider tune for your children to sing along with, but it is also filled with well-designed pictures for your children to connect with. This book was my younger cousin's favorite book to show off to family members who visited, and you bet she would sit next to you and sing the catchy tune while flipping through the pages! No complaints from me for this book.

    26. This book is one of the many version of the Itsy Bitsy Spider. Its traditional pictures may lose your Childs interest without creating an activity or a prop to go along with it. On the other hand children may sing along and incorporate the story line with a dance. This story also speaks about the weather and the cause and affect behind the spider hiding away.
