    1. I picked this up purely because my mum has a penchant for a couple of the New Covent Garden soups, but having had a flick through I think I may just keep it for myself! Because honestly - the recipes are bloody gorgeous! High praise from someone who a) is not the biggest fan of soup and b) is a vegetarian and not really catered for in your average cookbook.     2. A great little book with some lovely ideas. I am on a bit of a soup kick at the moment so this has certainly come in handy. I would definitely be interested in buying the other covent garden books too :) One for everyone's cookery shelf!
