    1. Stunning. I borrowed this from a friend & can't wait to get my own copy so I can highlight every page Wish I could offer more of a critique, but I will say this--somehow, this book is so well-written that I don't feel I need actual training in Blackstone's Realization techniques. I got that much out of simply reading it and following along with the exercises Now, I have been practicing yoga & meditation & doing IFS therapy & other energy/body work for many years, but this book is [...]

    2. This deceptively simple book came into my life like a gift. It resonates deeply with what I know to be true. Judith Blackstone interweaves psychology, spirituality, and embodiment in a way that is grounded and compassionate. There are many meditations and exercises but the basic practice is simple. I’m very glad to have found this teacher.

    3. The first half was pretty repetitive and vague, the second half was better. I think this book is really better suited for practitioners rather than self-helpers. Also, writers: Please stop giving your therapeutic formulas stupid names like the Realization Process.

    4. If you are familiar with Blackstone's work, you will not find much new content in this book. Her Realization Process is powerful and interesting, and teaches people how to integrate aspects of Buddhism and non-dual reality into practical exercises. This book, while focused on people who may consider themselves overly sensitive, fails to really cover any new ground that is not found in her other work.

    5. Very different "spiritual" journeyThis book was good and it hit home in many different realms of my life. The stories of the author's clients was extremely interesting, but my journey of spirit does not reside in only my body and my body alone. It is bigger than that! I will say that the angle this book attacks the spiritual journey is one that I have never read of before and it was sort of refreshing.
