    1. Kind of heavy reading but I liked it*. I like the plot twist in the end but (possible spoilers!) I hope there are better cliffhangers (insert cause code) and that the next installment would include laterality and more specificity. Why go with a procedure code for an angioplasty when you can have a diagnosis code, say. of duodenum, open approach? I know, total ICD10 shipper.
