    1. I bought the hardback version and am really disappointed. The hobby of ham radio is expanding in scope as technology improves. The ARRL is letting this manual go stale and missing good coverage of topics like EME, Meteor Scatter in order to focus on the traditional topics related to HF.I am a member of the arrl and I am a significant contributor to their cause.
