    1. What a powerful, dark, and sometimes erotic thriller this was! This story featured a very tortured hero, and a no-nonsense, take charge heroine. Add to that an intensely disgusting villain, some very erotic and emotional moments between the H/H, and a nail biting, on the-edge-of your-seat conclusion, and you have one very satisfying read!Race Kendall is a hunky accountant with a very unsatisfactory love life. Women love him but eventually leave him, because he refuses to invest himself emotional [...]

    2. For a moderately short, erotic romance, this book sure packs a wallop! I was thoroughly enthralled by it. It's a book that will bring out a lot of diverging emotions - sadness, pity, anger, happiness, disgust, reliefd so much more. Oh, and the sex was super hot, too!Race has got to be one of the most tortured characters I've ever read about. A tragic event in his childhood has haunted him for over twenty years. It's kept him from being able to connect emotionally with women. And it's left him wi [...]

    3. Jagged Gift is the story of Race Kendall, one of the most tortured heroes I've read about recently. Race wants a relationship but has dark secrets that keep him from being able to really connect with others. Race's friends see that there is something wrong about his ability to really achieve intimacy. They call in Candra Brandt, a professional therapist who sometimes has sex with her patients in order to help them. Race and Candra begin a physical relationship the night they meet, but it soon be [...]

    4. I thought this book was going to be way better then it was.But instead,it turned out to be seriously depressing, the main character,no matter how tragic his past was,was a total pansy all throughout the book. Not to mention how poorly written the story was! Still, I pressed on and made myself finish the story, thinking "it has to get better eventually",but, despite a happy ending,in my opinion,it never did(get better, I mean)

    5. 3.5 starsI don't really know what to say about this book. It wasn't much of a romance, IMO. The story focused on Race and the many problems he had, one being intimacy issues. I thought the method used to work on his intimacy issues was unconventional, to say the least. The book was fast paced and easy to read.

    6. 3.5I thought this was a very dark read. To say that the 'healing medicine' for Race was unconventional, was an understatement. There wasn't much romance at all, but it was a decent read.
