    1. 2,5 starsTHE GREEK’S NINE-MONTH REDEMPTION by Maisey Yates is the 19th (wow) book in the One Night With Consequences Series, which has been a bit of a hit and miss for meter reading quite a few in the series. This one has been in-between!!! Not bad but not great!!!I wanted to like Apollo Savas and Elle St James's story more than I did. It had potential.Apollo seeks revenge against the man who hurt his father why not go all out and hurt that man's daughter, who also happens to be his stepsister [...]

    2. Very sexual intense read that had me from the very first page to the last. The chemistry between this couple positively lit up the pages. When the heroine rips the hero's tie off and pulls his shirt off intothe process, yes Mamam,it's time for the fire extinguisher between this couple. So,throw in great chemistry, revenge first and foremost of the hero towards the heroine's father, then just make it a forbidden"step" romance and Maisey Yates came up with a winner for me.I have no qualms with this one. [...]

    3. SPOILERS HERE!NOT ENOUGH GROVELING!He sets out to use her and break her and I kid you not here, she just lets him do it. I did not really care for the way he treated the heroine after they had sex for the first time and it just set the tone for their physical relationship for me.I don't care what his fEd up reasons are for treating her like a cheap slut (when she was a virgin). This is why I don't read MY books, the romance is gone for me with her saintly heroines and her heroes with their sense [...]

    4. Like all of Maisey Yates' books, she takes the tried and true Harlequin Presents format and gives it an unexpected and welcomed depth. In this book she's tackled the taboo but alluring subject of step-siblings getting together. And I would say she did a great job with it.Elle and Apollo seem to have everything to hate about each other, despite the fact that their parents are married. Apollo has set his mind on revenge, and Elle doesn't even know the whole story. All she knows is that Apollo has [...]

    5. 2 and a half stars. The first few chapters were intense, but then the sex scenes got repetitive, and by the end of the narrative the romance was set aside to deal with mommy and daddy issues to culminate in a sermon on healing and forgiveness and the folly of revenge. So where did the intensity go?This was a stepbrother/stepsister romance, but that wasn't played up. Not even one scandalized tabloid headline or a shocked relative. The heroine was a virgin, but that wasn't a big deal. She calmly to [...]

    6. Hero wants to avenge the death of his father. He plans to seduce his stepsister and then discard her but Ella ends up pregnant and Apollo proposes marriage. I love MY, she knows how to write a Harlequin Presents. I love that she always gives me alpha heroes and virginal heroines. I liked that Ella has loved Apollo since forever. I liked that she was a feisty but vulnerable heroine. I liked that she was the first to admit her feelings. Both she and Apollo had issues and they fought a lot but than [...]

    7. I wanted to like The Greek's Nine-Month Redemption really I did but te storytelling wasn't compelling, the heroine treated sex too coldly and the chemistry was bland. It had the potential to be great. The first chapter and around the middle was interesting but there was a coldness that kept seeping in the storytelling. The heroine's need to treat sex so coldly was off putting. I gave up around age 128. I couldn't take the storytelling style anymore

    8. I LOVE THIS BOOK! The chemistry between the two leads was so sizzling. OMG! This had the usual revenge plot but it also had all the parties learning to forgive each other. Man! I still fan myself when I read the first love scene. Oh yes! This is one of those books that I'm definitely going to read again and again :)

    9. Probably a 3.5. I usually love Maisey Yates books but this one didn't do it for me as much as some of her other books. I could have forgiven the hero Apollo for his Tomcatting if he hadn't been such a jerk and vice versa. You can't have it both ways in my book. *haha*. This is technically an enemies to lovers, stepbrother romance. I grew up on stepbrother romances so they are catnip. Apollo is a very angry man and full of vengeful thoughts against Elle's father. There is history to justify this [...]

    10. horrible book. jackass hero and bully. doormat heroine.I skipped more than half of book because he's so arrogant and such a bully that I couldn't read it!

    11. I did not like either of the characters. Especially, the hero. No chemistry between the two. This book did not hold my interest.

    12. Oh no. (view spoiler)[She lost her virginity, and he didn't notice, and now he has admitted to himself she'll be collateral damage in a revenge scheme. (hide spoiler)]The first paragraph gave me hope: Elle, the heroine, is pondering whether she should stick a pen in Apollo's heart (if he has one) or rip his clothes off. Hey, that's my kind of girl. It goes downhill from there, see spoiler if you must.Backstory is Apollo and Elle are step-siblings. His mother married her uber tycoon father when t [...]

    13. Unlikeable characters that sniped at each other incessantly. The "hero" was particularly despicable. It was an exhausting read.

    14. Gotta say here that this HAS to be one the most arrogant bastardly hero I think I've read by maisey in recent time !!! Apollo & Elle's chemistry was over the top sizzling ! The title to this story was so Fitting !! Plenty of Angst going on which lead to some pretty entertaining hot little scenes!! Great job with how the the characters had to embark on their personal journey to face some truths of their pasts to move forward together as a couple !! I literally devoured this book! Absolutely f [...]

    16. Talk about heat! Passion! Wild abandon lovemaking! Vengeance! this book had all the ingredients of a keeper.Botg loved each other for 9 years and was lost in the maze of hatred, deceit and betrayal. Eventually realizing they were using their respective parents' mistakes as a barrier however it was collapsed when the h refused to continue hiding and bring 'used'. Great book!

    17. This book was very good. The story plot of love betrayed because of some business deals made between Elle St. James father and the man she loves, Apollo Savas was heart breaking because Elle was but smack dab in the middle of the problems. Not fair. Very good easy read. Highly recommend.

    18. Step siblings. She hates him and he hates her family. He sets out to destroy her father because he cheated his family and him out of their business when he married his mother. they are intimate for first time in his office

    19. Revenge has a nasty way of working out. Sometimes it gives a person peace and sometimes it brings them nothing but defeat. Which will Apollo find? Will he finally be able to destroy the St James family? Or will he only decimate innocent Elle's heart?

    20. Just love all the books by Maisey Yates and this one is no exception !!!! So good read it all in one day, just couldn't put it down. It gets an A++++. Can't wait for her next one !!!!
