    1. It's been 4 long years since Stone made one of the biggest mistakes of his life and was sentenced to prison. But today he gets released - and the only thing he wants to do is find his brother & explain what really happened the day that stole the love of Con's life away forever. It's all he has left anyway since no self-respecting woman wants to be with an ex con. All that changes though when he meets EvieGod, this book was phenomenal! Before I say anything else, I just want to say THANK YOU [...]

    2. Loved Stone's story. I wasn't too sure about him in earlier books, but her grew on me so quickly in Cross and knew that he was going to be tormented with guilt, grief and loss. But I think what surprised me the most is that his book wasn't full of the old "I'm not good enough for her" trope ad nauseum, thank goodness. Yes he thought that initially but Evie quickly sorted out his shit. Which brings me to her, she was such a fabulous heroine, the best of all the Gentry heroines so far.4.5 stars

    3. This is what was going through my head the entire time I was reading this book."slow and steady wins the race, slow and steady wins the race, slow and steady wins the race, etc etc etc."  Stone, was released from prison after four years, and was a completely changed man.  Seriously, I could not believe the change in him.  And as much as he changed, imagine my surprise when finding out Conway changed in a much bigger way than I ever expected!!  It really threw me for a loop because I had fav [...]

    4. Stone There are no other words to describe him, other than, The Perfect Man!He reads, he's not afraid to show his feelings, he's the epitome of hotness.Evie is smart, funny, kind, and to Stone, she's irresistible.I love that these strangers, with unfortunate pasts, have come together and fallen in love. The Gentry boys are super sweet and look after each other There's not one that I don't love! This story to me shows that no matter what you've gone through, there is always a chance to make things [...]

    5. I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review of Walk by Cora BrentI absolutely adore Cora Brents Gentry boys serie and walk didn't disapoint. I hate spoilers so there will be none in my review. The novella Cross gave us readers some insight into what actually happened the fatal night when everything went so horrible wrong. Walk gives us the story from Stones point of viewWalk started out strong with the story of Stone and Evie, after 4 years in prison all Stone wants is to be free and have [...]

    6. ***Reviewed for Amo & Sarah’s Book Corner***From the minute I started to read Cross I knew I was going to LOVE Stonewall Gentry…he had that certain air to him, a bad boy but with a big heart and very protective of his brother Conway. The story of Stone carries on from where we left Hold. Stone is a changed man, he’s no longer the loud, carefree manwhore, he’s quiet, guarded and just wants to find his way back to his brother. But it’s not quite that easy, Conway is also a changed man [...]

    7. Still heart breaking but on the mend. I freaken love Stone Gentry, it was nice to see a different side of him. Instead of the player he was all those years ago. I dont for one second blamed him for what happened to Erin. I wish she would of never taken off her seat belt. But things happen. And I guess even tho they can be extremely painfully they happen for a reason. We may not like or agree with that reason. But it is what it is. Plus Erin was suffering from own he'll only stone and roe knew ab [...]

    8. Another Gentry bites the love dustI liked it. Walk is a steady paced story with great characters and no heavy drama or angst and hot in all the right places. Stone is one of the Gentry boys, just leaving prison after 4 years and his main goal now free is to make amends with his brother Conway.Evie comes across as a sweet lonely girl who also has a brother in prison and both Evie and Stone have a similar bond to find peace with family. There's glimpses of characters from previous books so if you [...]

    9. I feel like of all the Gentry boys, this one was the most rewarding. I felt like I needed this one the most, because I needed something to go right for Stone. I feel like i'd been waiting on this one forever, and then I couldn't bring myself to read it for a while. It's one of those where you know you have to emotionally ball up, cuz it's going to be heartwrenching and sad. I'll admit, everyone said the novella was the heart breaker, but it wasn't for me I mean, sure it was sad but this one was [...]

    10. StoneStone gets out of prison and back into the Gentry family lives. Cousin or brother it doesn't matter these men are family and love there women

    11. 4 to 4.5 very solid stars for the latest Gentry Boys story. While a standalone it helps to read the other stories so when you see the triplets, Deck, and Conway mentioned you have some history. I appreciated seeing the triplets and Deck reappear, see them happy, and see their continued strong family ties. For a family that grew up with such sh*t parents, the bonds these boys have brings a tear to the eye. For me the story started out strong with Stone leaving prison, seeing Evie in the diner, an [...]

    12. OMGere must be some pollen in the air because my nose is red and my eyes are all watery wait, it's Cora Brent and all her sentimental words and all the feels I'm getting knocked me on my behind! When I read Stone, Conway and Erin's novella it crushed my heartch a sad story of two brothers locked in a town with so many secrets and lies and the one girl they both loved in their own way. Walk begins as Stone is being released from his 4 year jail term and attempting to re-enter society, without his [...]

    13. I love everything that Cora Brent writes and the Gentry boys hold a special place in my heart! This book is no exception. Stone Gentry has spent four years in prison for a misunderstanding. He has strikes against him automatically in the town of Emblem because he is a Gentry. His brother Con hates him and believes the worst about him. Stone leaves prison determined to turn his life around and become a good person. He meets Evie Dupont and even though he thinks that she is beautiful, funny, and s [...]

    14. Stone and Evie were the perfect way to bring back the love after the heartbreak that was "Cross". Evie wasn't looking for love in the road side diner on her birthday when she stopped for a lonely piece of birthday cake, but that was what was fated it seems. She had just been plugging away at her life. Work, friends, trying to comes to grips with a tough a family situation - when the enigmatic Stone Gentry showed up in her life. She sees something special in him, and knows that dispite his reserv [...]

    15. After four long years inside, Stone is finally free. Evie and Stone have unknowingly crossed paths a couple of times, but it isn’t until Evie’s friend’s wedding where Stone is working that the actually meet. Stone automatically figures that Evie is too good for him, but his past doesn’t shock her or bother her in the least. If you have read Cora’s books as I have then I have to believe that you are as much in love with all of those hot Gentry men as I am. Walk is simply amazing! You wi [...]

    16. When I finished reading about the older Gentry boys, I simple assumed how the younger 2 Gentry cousins were going to turn out when I started to read WALK, however I was completely wrong. Stone Gentry turned out to be a character that caught me off guard. In addition, I was happy to read up dates of The Gentry Triples & their wives, plus Deck & Jenny with all their kids as well. They have become The Gentry Tribe as coined in the several times.

    17. I can never get enough of the Gentry Boys! After reading Cross I couldn't wait to read Walk. Your heart sort of breaks for Stone for just life handing him a shitty deal. He is trying to be better and make good life choices and then the unexpected comes along in the form of Evie. She is smart and witty and has a sad story too. I can't wait to read Edge and hope there is more Gentry Boys (maybe one day we will get a book about the kids!!)

    18. Loved it. I've been all over this whole series and falling for the Gentrys right and left. But this one is my new drug. As soon as I finished I wanted to read it all over again. Stonewall Gentry is beyond even Deck who had become my previous favorite Gentry. Cora Brent absolutely killed it with this one.

    19. A surprisingly tender and mature story about a Gentry boy who found redemption before the first page. Recently paroled Stone Gentry is already worlds apart from the reckless, cocky kid in the previous books. How he slowly rebuilds his life and tries to reconcile with his brother spirals slowly and gorgeously.

    20. dang stone completely changed after prison. liked how he opened his eyes and learned how short life is. great plot to this story. sad im about done already with this series. love these brothers.

    21. It was a damn good book. I hate to think of how Stone got to where he is and it was so weird to see the how the roles of the brother's personalities reversed. It took a lot of getting used to, but I get it. I understand Conway's pain and the path of self-destruction he's on. It hurts my heart what he lost and I'm torn in two that I do want him to be saved but I wish it was Erin instead of someone else. I wish none of it had happened. I wish that these brothers could have what they used to have. [...]

    22. I love stonewall He was so different after everything he had to go through Hopefully his brother will finally come around. I'm so glad he found Evie she was so refreshing(said what she felt)with everything that went on with stone's brother's girl Erin I was glad to have a stronger girl for him

    23. The twins! This was the first of the twins, Conway and Stone, books. It was Stone's story of redeeming and nnoying on from the past as well as reconnecting with his brother. Stone is also hit with meeting Evie

    24. This is Stone's story. It gives brief insights into his life in prison and details how he struggles to move forward after his release, meeting the love of his life and trying to reconnect with and repair his relationship with his brother Con. A good read.

    25. Another great Gentry read Stone served his 4 years in prison but while there he lost more than his freedom. He lost his brother. Stone finds a girl who doesn't care about his past. She lives him for himself. Will he reconnect south his brother.

    26. I flippin LOVED this series. #GentryGirlForLifeIt is now on my bucket list to meet this lady!!! Fangirl for LIFE!

    27. Stone! Finally!I'm go glad everything eventually works out for Stone. That poor boy. I'm not sure about Con. I guess we shall see.
