    1. I picked up this cookbook at the closing sale of the Union Square Borders bookstore - mostly because it had some interesting recipes for sauces - moles, salsas and such. Reading through all the recipes - I confess I am a bit disappointed at the inclusion of some extremely basic recipes - so rudimentary as to be laughable.
