    1. I really enjoyed it this book not only is it a fast read it is very well written. I feel that if more women read this book and took the "girl gang" steps seriously there would be less bullying and jealousy in our world. It is like Katie says there is enough positivity and good things to go around we don't need to be selfish in the process. This book goes beyond the superficialities you would expect that are often present in self-help books. The author has a great understanding of body image as related to the media, modelling, the people around us and our thoughts that turn into habits. I would definitely reccomend this book to everyone with a body.

    3. Was not sure about this book at first. It talked a lot about the modelling scene at first. But I am glad I stuck with it. Lots of great takeaways in this books!Very nicely done!

    4. Katie is such an inspiration, her book has definitely helped me during my self-love journey, she has inspired me to be a better person to others and most importantly to myself. This book was absolutely amazing and I recommend it to anyone who has ever struggled with their body and mental health.
