    1. This book is written with a pretty technical tone and the setting is in Europe, which doesn't make it an easy read. It is interesting how Northcott links why Christianity and caring about our environment is important. He covers energy, economics, ethnics, emissions, transportation, food, free trade, etc. It is nice to read something related to my environmental economics major, but I didn't like how Northcott covered more theoretical thinking instead of recommending more practical steps.
