Full disclosure: I haven't made any of the recipes yet, so my rating is entirely based on the book itself. Pros- the recipes seem easy and delicious, I like that each recipe has the macro breakdown, and the info at the beginning is helpful for people new to cooking or counting macros. Cons- this book was HORRIBLY edited. I found several typos throughout, and at least one recipe I looked at had two of the ingredients completely missing from the ingredient list, so when you read the directions, yo [...]

I find it interesting that most people that have rated this lower than five stars have not even bothered to make any of the recipes. When I rate a book, I rate it on the value I receive from the book and not on the editing or picture placement. It is silly to downgrade a book of value for a couple of small mistakes.
