    1. A side trip in the Archie Afterlife series, this time with Werewolves. This is not your kid-friendly Riverdale anymore!

    2. A quick, fun addition to the Afterlife mythology. That said I would have preferred this be the next episode of the series proper

    3. I mean, I love Jughead, I really do, but other than the art I think this could've been done better.

    4. Not a part of the Afterlife With Archie series but like the Sabrina book, it takes place in a darker, more realistic Riverdale where the supernatural effects the characters. Here we learn that a killer is stalking the town and some of the characters familiar to readers have already met a horrible end. We learn who the person responsible is and the end hints that a sequel could be possible. If you don't mind a different take on Archie and his friends you might enjoy this. Also, as it isn't part o [...]

    5. If AFTERLIFE WITH ARCHIE was "Night of the Living Dead in Riverdale" then THE HUNGER is "An American Werewolf in Riverdale". And, if you ask me, it has even more promise. And there's really no way to avoid comparing the two.Granted, this one-shot comes from a different, lower-profile creative team, but I dug it nonetheless. The art is clearly designed to mimic Francavilla's style in AWA. The shocking darkness and grisliness of this story, splattered against the iconic quaintness that is Riverdale [...]

    6. 3.5 StarsI'm a huge fan of the Afterlife with Archie series, as well as the horror Sabrina series as well. This book was in the vein of that universe, where Jughead is a werewolf. The only thing that was a little silly in this one is that Betty is supposedly the latest in a long bloodline of werewolf hunters, ala Buffy the Vampire Slayer. That seemed to take the book from horror to the edge of comedy, although this book was not presented as comedy.I loved the art, and the overall setting and moo [...]

    7. This was an amazing one shot! Archie Horror is killing it with their creativity, and stories. Highly recommend it.

    8. You know, I was in the mood for something to read for the halloween spirit and came across this beauty right here. I don't think I had this much fun reading a comic in a very long time. The story is impeccably and remain true to the original characters and their personality and histories. They are the same Archie, Veronica and Betty we all grow up and fall for (at least if you even know anything about Archie besdies Riverdale, lol) and using werewolf into the mix is quiet interesting concept. I' [...]

    9. Enjoyable but too short!I'm a massive jughead fan so I was looking forward to this and it doesn't disappoint apart from the length.

    10. Decent but shortDecent but short and leaves something to be desired. The kindle comics functionality for android worked really well. I would buy more in this format.

    11. This was really, really fun! It had humour, blood and some sadness too. Poor Juggie! This is a much darker version of Riverdale than that of the normal Archie comics and in this one people die bloody deaths. It's okay though because it's a One Shot so it doesn't affect the main story line of the comics in any way. It's a violent and gory little interlude and I liked it!
