    1. This book´s repetitive nature was made all the worse by the fact that I´d heard it all before. Even though I didn´t know who many of the people telling their stories were, let olone read any of their bios, no one can help hearing everything this book has to say over and over again. It´s every pep talk ever given. Just think of the speaches that coaches make in a Disney sports movie right before the big win, and you will have this book. Really, 300+ pages of that was a bit much.

    2. This was recommended to me by Marvin Hamlisch (composer of A Chorus Line). The premise interviews with successful people from all walks of life who's success is directly related to overcoming enormous personal trials.
