    7. This was an easy and enjoyable read. Although I don't struggle with a weight problem I do struggle with maintaining a healthy lifestyle balanced with good eating and exercise. I appreciate that this book is not about a new "diet" or setting a weight loss goal but rather about a life change and thought change.
