    1. This was one of the most confusing books I have ever read. Forget any ideas about a typical linear narrative when going in, because time jumps all over the place. When discussing this book in class, we had to spend the first 30-45 minutes sorting out the timeline, because everyone was so confused. Luckily once we figured it out and started discussing the novel, I could understand more of it, and it is somewhat interesting.
